We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting and HR functions. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in handling full set of accounts, payroll, work pass applications, and worker administration, including coordination with dormitories.

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.) and use ABSS Accounting Software.
• Prepare yearly financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end statutory accounts.
• Knowledge of closing entries and trial balance roll‑forward.
• Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit IR8A and related tax forms at year-end.
