Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Check and verify the information on purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and payment certificates

  • Maintain site operation records

  • Handle daily site accounting operations including basic accounting entries, accounts payable, general expenses, maintain petty cash and filing etc.

  • Provide support to the department and assist in ad hoc assignments



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Experience in construction field is highly recommended

  • Proficient in MS Excel is preferred

  • Able to work under pressure and independently

  • Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible and detail-minded

  • Willing to learn and is a good team player

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
