Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Perform daily accounting duties, include data entry, accounts receivable & payable function, settlement and bank reconciliations in a timely manner

  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, expense payment and statements

  • Prepare month-ended financial reporting

  • Assist in full set account and annual audit

  • Handle staff petty cash claim

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing

  • Provide accounting and clerical support and assist in other ad hoc assignment as required



    • Requirement




  • DSE / Form 5 or above with LCCI elementary level

  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in Accounting

  • Good knowledge of MS office and proficiency in Excel is essential
