Job Description & Requirements: Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking. Assist in monthly payroll processing, including data entry, timesheet verification, and coordinating with HR to ensure accuracy of salary components. Support routine accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of basic financial reports. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, payment documents, and supporting schedules to ensure audit readiness. Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries. Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
