Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting and finance tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger entries, tax matters, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage month-end closing processes, including timely reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as IRAS and CPF Board; handle audit matters and statutory filings.
- Collaborate with operational teams to maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
- Diploma or degree in accounting or other relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
