• Bank in collection within second day of receipt


• Prepare billing for misc charges

• In charge of monthly prepayment schedule


• In charge of monthly packing inventory schedule


• AP entry


• Fixed assets sighting


• Inventory count process


• Monthly and yearly closing


• Other ad hoc duties assigned
