Job Description
Objective
To provide support to the Accounts Team to ensure that the daily job responsibilities are completed on time. (Request for urgent invoices or payments are prepared without delay especially during monthly closing period)
Job Description- Customer Invoice preparation
- Prepare sales invoices and email them to customers.
- Communicate with the ISR Team regarding inquiries related to customer invoicing.
- Send invoices to customers.
- Vendor invoice preparation
- Receive and print out and verify invoices from vendors (Email).
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Communicate with the Procurement Team regarding inquiries related to purchase orders.
- Key-in of vendor invoices into the Business Central system.
- Filling Documents.
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors (if needed).
