Job Description & Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day accounting operation (Payable & Receivable).
- Update cash book, issue cheque, and payment vouchers to creditors.
- Prepare monthly sales commission report.
- Prepare Letter of Credit and bank guarantee for the import shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and haulers to schedule the shipments and manage the shipping documentations.
- Attend incoming calls.
- Filling and other ad-hoc job assigned by Superior.
- Minimum educational qualification: N level or higher.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.
- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
- Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience.
- Meticulous, Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
