Job Description:

• Generate an invoice or CN
• Keep petty cash (SGD, USD, and EUR) on hand for care-off fees and vessel cash collection.
• Ensure that deadlines for accounting are met
• Upload invoices to the online customer portal.

Requirements:

• O level, ITE, NITEC, and/or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication abilities and fluency in both written and spoken English
• Capable of working under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced setting
