You will play a key role in supporting our finance and operations team across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and data entry
• Payroll Preparation: Assist in gathering payroll information and preparing schedules
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries
• Invoicing: Create, issue, and follow up on invoices
• Shipping Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for local and international shipments
• Export Documentation: Compile and process export documents in compliance with customs and trade regulations
