DEPARTMENT: Finance – Company Operations

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be involved in the production of accurate and reliable monthly financial information for the monitoring of business performance, ensuring that processes are fit for purpose and operate efficiently and that financial control are appropriate and operate effectively for the group.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managed Services – Monthly GP review:
  • Accruals & deferred income
  • Review costs by Supplier
  • Run monthly overhead report
  • Identify missing items and amounts to be prepaid/accrued
• Prepare monthly intercompany current account reconciliations
• Prepare/update monthly working capital analysis
• Entering payments on banking portal
• Bank reconciliations
• Loading GM & Team reports onto Sales SharePoint folder
• Posting cash book
