- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or accounts assistant role
- Experience in a high-volume processing environment is essential
- Strong Excel proficiency required.
- Experience with Sage Evolution 200 (advantageous)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience maintaining PAYE records or similar registers (advantageous)
- Process high volumes of creditor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, capture, and reconcile supplier accounts
- Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Perform creditor reconciliations and resolve queries timeously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
