Job Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receipts Prepare and process payments (bank transfer, cheque, TR etc.) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies on a timely basic Maintain accounts payable records and documentation Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice clarifications Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements Support audits by providing require documentation Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlement of dues Process interco-billing Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
