Job Description
- Permanent
- 8:30am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Commonwealth MRT
- Up to $2,500
- Processing and posting payables transactions in accordance with accounting principles and to the correct GL account based on nature of expenses.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and standard operating procedures when processing transactions.
- Familiar with GST requirements when processing invoices.
- Experience and knowledge on Import shipping documents under MES will be advantageous.
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets register.
- Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system timely and accurately.
- Perform timely and accurate AP month-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly reports and other financial database report.
- To perform outdoor banking as & when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
