Accounting & Project Administrator

A well-established company is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounting & Project Administrator to join their team.

Location: Midrand
Salary: R40 000 CTC, including provident fund (salary depending on experience)

Key Duties

Manage debtors, creditors, reconciliations, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting

Follow up on outstanding payments and handle account queries

Assist with compliance documentation including BEE, CIDB, tax, and COIDA requirements

Support project administration, cost reporting, and guarantee processes

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Handle general office administration, insurance updates, and travel arrangements

Requirements

Previous accounting and administrative experience (6+ years)
