Job Description
This is a remote position.
SPARK+ is looking for an HR & Accounts Associate to manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, bookkeeping, invoicing, and daily operational tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing in both HR and accounts operations while working remotely.

β’ Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
β’ Support onboarding and documentation process for employees and interns
β’ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
β’ Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
β’ Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
