Accounting Technician – Accounts Payable and Receivable

in Waterloo, QC. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable

Verify, code, and enter supplier invoices.

Prepare payments (checks, wire transfers, etc.).

Track payment due dates and manage relationships with suppliers.

Ensure invoices match purchase orders and receipts.

Process employee travel expenses.

Accounts Receivable

Issue invoices to customers based on agreements or services rendered. (ON-NB)
