Financial Reporting & Oversight

• Consolidates and reviews branch/section reports submitted for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares and finalizes monthly, quarterly and annual financial Statements.
• Provides management with financial analysis, variance reports, and actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Internal Controls and Compliance

• Establishes and enforces internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent irregularities.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC and other regulatory requirements including accurate and timely submission of tax filings.
• Reviews audit findings (internal and external) ensures resolution and recommends corrective actions.

Systems and Processes

• Oversees the accuracy, timeless and integrity of the Merchandise management system (MMS), information inventory system (IIS), and related financial systems.
