• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
