Job Description
- Coordinate accounting functions and programs.
- Assist in preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Support revenue projections and forecast expenditures.
- Help prepare and monitor budgets.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with preparations for the annual audit.
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
- Review BIR payments and tax returns before payment.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and detailed salary records based on data from the Timekeeping Department.
- Deduct all necessary amounts, including income tax, government-mandated contributions, and deductions for lateness, absences, and loans.
