Job Description

• Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance to standards
• Record and monitor daily sales transactions.
• Record and monitor store expenses.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Prepare and process supplier payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit store funds.
• Prepare monthly financial statements - income statement & balance sheet
• Reports directly to the Managing Director
• Previous experience in the foodservice or restaurant industry is an advantage.
• Experience with Accounting software such as Quickbooks is an advantage.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
