Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate accounting records and financial schedules
• Record and reconcile journal entries, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits and examinations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions
• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
