Job Description
- Financial Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Report Preparation : Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and monthly or quarterly reports for management review.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies by assisting with audits and maintaining proper documentation.
- Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
