ACCOUNTING STAFF - CASHIER

The Cashier of the Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for managing and replenishing the Cashier’s Funds. She ensures the availability of the needed cash to cover petty expenses, employees’ advances and emergency expenses for the day to day operations of the company. She is also responsible for releasing cash & check salaries of employees and project workers and other cash disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Check the daily collection report from sales agent and outlets versus cash or check remitted.
• Cash counting of remittances from collectors and prepare deposit slips
• Received cash return from liquidation and other payments.
• Do the banking transaction
• Maintain updated passbook of company bank accounts
• Prepare daily treasurer’s report with complete supporting documents such as deposit slips and original copy of properly signed daily collection reports.
