Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory compliance matters including business permits, licenses, and coordination with government authorities (e.g., Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission).
• Develop, update, and implement internal accounting policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Lead and execute end‑to‑end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss), month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Serve as main point of contact for external and internal audits.
• Review and approve expense payment requests and ensure proper documentation.
