Hammerjack Pty Ltd is looking for an Accounting Operations Lead (RTR) in the Philippines. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs, along with leading the accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in leadership roles within an outsourcing or shared services setup. Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, is required.
