Job Description

Our client specializes in delivering innovative and efficient technologies for the retail, networking, security, healthcare, modern workplace, payments, and mobility markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Invoicing plan summary and invoicing with necessary supporting documentation.
  • Handling the Invoices printing, sending, and status tracking.
  • Clarifying invoices with supporting documents.
  • Creating revenue entry and summary.
  • Updating Invoicing database.
  • Creating Daily or Weekly invoicing and revenue reports.
  • Monitoring credit limit and summary report weekly.
  • Monitoring AR overdue and reporting weekly.
  • Monitoring invoices and preparing bills for submission to customers will be managed on time.
  • Calling to collect money with the customer and confirm the date to collect cheque.
  • Creating bank reconciliation reports.
