HR Assistant

Environmental Compliance Consultants International – On-site, Makati. Full-time position requiring a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss, bank reconciliations and other management reports.
• Process vendor invoices, Requests for Payment (RFPs), and release of payment.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations (cash, prepayments, advances, employee cash advances, AP/AR aging report).
• File tax returns and payments (Withholding Tax, VAT, etc.).
• Assist in financial and tax audits.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting Technology.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with SAP Business One or any other accounting software.
