Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Prepare daily accounting entries including receipt, payment and journal vouchers

  • Assist Accountant in monthly management reports preparation

  • Handle daily accounting clerical works and ad hoc duties

  • Responsible for treasury duties and liaise to banks (have relevant experience will be an advantage)

  • Assist Accountant for funding arrangement (have relevant experience will be an advantage)



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • LCC higher

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

  • Knowledge in SUN accounting system is preferable

  • Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

  • Pleasant, willing to learn and work hard

  • Well organized with good attention to details
