Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage and maintain the company’s General Ledger (GL) accounts. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the General Ledger accurately and timely
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
• Support preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Assist in improving accounting processes and system efficiency
