Accounting Manager / Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead core accounting operations within a growing organization. This role oversees key financial activities, manages a small accounting team, and ensures timely, accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on leadership experience, and a proactive approach to improving day-to-day accounting processes.

Responsibilities

+ Lead daily accounting operations, overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities for a small accounting team.

+ Manage the month-end close process to ensure financial results are completed accurately and on schedule.

+ Partner with the Controller and cross-functional stakeholders to refine workflows and deliver reliable financial information that supports business decision-making.
