A well‑known large condominium property management company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of property accountants: receivable, payable, GL
• Review financial statement packages.
• Approve GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages.
• Manage investment reserve and operating fund investment analysis.
• Manage banking, cash flow, and treasury analysis.
• Manage corporate properties contracts and budgets with Property Managers and the Board.
• Coordinate with auditors.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in property management industry is a must.
