An established and growing company in Solana Beach is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while mentoring a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into leadership while still staying hands-on.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

+ Manage and mentor a small accounting team

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

+ Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting

+ Lead audit preparation and coordination

+ Continuously improve accounting processes and systems

Requirements

+ 5–8+ years of accounting experience, with lead or supervisory exposure

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is a plus)
