Responsibilities

• Supervising and Managing the Accounting
• Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including managing, mentoring, and developing junior accounting staff.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (like IFRS), local regulations, and company policies.
• Managing the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations.
• Coordinating and completing annual audits.
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, identifying areas for process improvement, and recommending solutions.
