Accounting Manager, Operations

We’re seeking an Accounting Manager – Operations to play a key role in managing accounting activities across MFSG’s North American operations. This role will oversee month‑end close, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and partner closely with business teams to support operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across assigned products and accounts.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess risk areas, ensuring proper controls and governance.
