Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounting Manager, General Ledger will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close accounting processes, which includes preparation and review of journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations for both consolidated and non-consolidated legal entities. In addition, the Accounting Manager, General Ledger will review and approve calculations of intercompany agreements, royalties, bonuses and commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Β
β’ Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
