Position Summary

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee the general ledger, including preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, and account analysis.

Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

Manage and mentor accounting staff (Accounts Payable and Staff Accountant).

Correspond and verbally communicate professionally with customers.
