About the Role
PPT Solutions is seeking a seasoned, high-impact financial leader to serve as the cornerstone of our internal accounting team. As the Lead for our accounting department, you will ensure the integrity of our financial operations while acting as a strategic bridge between leadership, contracts, and HR. This is a hands-on leadership role and is for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of government contracting.




Key Responsibilities for Accounting Manager / Controller:


+ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the internal accounting team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring professional development and accuracy across the department.

+ Full-Cycle Accounting: Directly oversee and execute Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, General Ledger, ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
