Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ensure GAAP compliance and tax/regulatory requirements

• Manage and mentor the accounting team

• Analyze financial data and improve processes and controls



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5–7 years accounting experience; 2–3 years in leadership

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance

• Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Must be residing in Cebu
