This position plays a central role in maintaining strong accounting practices, administering payroll, and ensuring day-to-day financial activities are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments while keeping records organized and compliant.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead daily accounting activities, including financial recordkeeping, reporting, and oversight of internal control practices.
β’ Manage payroll on a bi-weekly schedule, ensuring employee pay, deductions, garnishments, direct deposit updates, and status changes are processed accurately.
