We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations for an organization in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing both payables and receivables while maintaining accurate financial records and strong customer communication. The role includes billing activities, intercompany accounting support, and account follow-up to help keep transactions organized and timely.


Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities with accuracy and attention to deadlines.

• Manage intercompany accounting transactions and maintain clear documentation for internal financial activity.

• Prepare and issue customer billings for robot parts and verify that charges are recorded correctly.

• Post cash receipts, monitor incoming payments, and update account records in a timely manner.
