Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Waterloo office .

This role is responsible for assisting the accounting sub‑teams (Billing, Accounting Support, APetc.) with the daily processing of bills, on‑going Aderant accounting system maintenance and AP/AR back‑up coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides month‑end & year‑end billing support. Check for signatures, fee reduction approvals, correct tax codes and ensure the information balances in the Aderant system before posting.
• Assists with the process of electronic bills. Submits invoices through the electronic billing Hub or system used by the client via internet.
• Responsible for the coordination and resolution of e‑billing issues for clients.

A/R and AP Support

• Assists with the daily processing of the Accounts Receivable and WIP write‑offs. Reviews the Bad Debt Write Off forms ...
