We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Clerk Jr to join our team and support financial operations in a fast-paced transportation environment

If you have experience in accounting and enjoy working with numbers, processes, and cross-functional teams—this opportunity is for you

• Accurately enter and process carrier and vendor invoices within the TMS.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice handling, payments, and vendor records
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, and aging
• Review and reconcile invoices against load data, rate confirmations, and supporting documentation
• Validate billing accuracy and identify discrepancies (rates, accessorials, duplicates, missing documents)
• Perform collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Prepare and send remittance advice to carriers and vendor
