We are looking for a PART TIME Accounting Clerk in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for full cycle accounts payables, accounts receivable, invoice processing, posting payments, and more!
Responsibilities:
β’ Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
β’ Process accounts receivable transactions, including generating and distributing invoices.
β’ Post payments to the general ledger to maintain up-to-date financial records.
β’ Assist with general data entry tasks related to financial transactions.
β’ Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and manage financial spreadsheets.
