We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to join our team in a fast-paced auction environment. This role supports full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll support, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process and code vendor invoices, verify approvals, and prepare payments
• Prepare and process customer refunds and sales adjustments
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Maintain and reconcile AR subledger accounts
