Our client, a bustling midsize law firm located in downtown Toronto, is currently presenting an enticing opportunity for a seasoned Accounting Clerk with prior experience in law firms to become part of their expanding team.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and accurately processing all trust funds held by the firm in compliance with the Law Society of Ontario’s regulations. You will manage daily interactions with the bank and assist in resolving any banking-related issues. Your duties will include preparing and processing daily cheques for both trust and general accounts, handling billing inquiries related to invoices, templates, and discrepancies, and preparing accounts for review.
