Rockford – Your Partner in Quality Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting data and records.
• Prepare and submit accounting reports within required deadlines.
• Provide reports and supporting documents as requested by the Accounting Head related to assigned tasks.
• Record and update financial transactions in the accounting system in a timely manner.
• Review and analyze “due to” and “due from” accounts and prepare necessary adjusting entries.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and records to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time

• With experience in an accounting or related role
• Proficient in using accounting software or systems
