Job Responsibilities

• Handles general bookkeeping and consolidation functions
• Prepares cash position reports, accounting schedules and analysis of financial statements
• Reviews and posts all transactions under GPS (manual payment, official receipt, journal entries)
• Prepares monthly reporting package
• Prepares the annual/monthly operating budget of the company in collaboration with department heads
• Ensures that all benefits and insurances are secured on a timely manner
• Conducts daily accounting tasks, including preparing timely financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining finance and accounting records

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• At least 2 years experience in Accounting
• Computer literate (Basic Word, Excel...
