Job Responsibilities

• Recording all financial transactions using QuickBooks and manual entries in the books of accounts.
• Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, withholding tax returns, and corporate income tax returns.
• Preparation of payroll for assigned companies.
• Preparation of government agency reports and payments (SSS, PHIC, Pag‑IBIG).
• Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Cash Flows) for assigned companies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Auditing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience in accounting or auditing.
• Preferred: 1–4 years of specialized experience in Finance–General/Cost Accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (Word, Excel).
