The position supports leadership by monitoring cash flow and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities, while leveraging QuickBooks and Excel to maintain clear, organized, and compliant financial documentation.
Responsibilities

+ Maintain and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
